About Me

Janet Diane White is a self-motivated, level headed individual who works best in detailed-oriented environments. Soon after graduating with her bachelor of science in business administration from Colorado State University, she moved across the country to spend two years as an AmeriCorps VISTA in Boston, Massachusetts. During her time in Boston, she worked along side Mayor Martin J. Walsh on a city-wide high impact initiative called Love Your Block. Love Your Block focused on providing resources towards beautification projects in the under served communities of Boston. Thanks to her ability to constantly work under pressure and meet deadlines, she has successfully completed two years as a VISTA. She is often regarded as a quick learner, who looks for any opportunity to enhance her character. Janet is currently attending S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, where she is pursuing her master’s in public relations with the hope of one day becoming a lead executive in the beauty industry.
